We're Bristol City, We Always Believe
For the past 30 years, for those of us old enough to have lived through that era our lives supporting Bristol City had until recently conditioned us to expect failure, under-achievement and disappointment.  But not anymore. Now we believe...

Nineteen Wins, But How Close Has It Been?  By Bristol Boy
They (ever wondered who THEY are??) say what goes around comes around and you often hear managers, GJ included, talk about luck evening itself out over the course of a season.
I thought I’d examine that and see just how much lady luck has played a part in our season...

This coming Sunday (September 9th) fans from all over the country will converge on Wycombe Wanderers’ Adams Park as the campaign for the introduction of areas for safe standing at English football grounds gathers pace.  Now is the time to stand up and be heard, says City fan Jon Darch.

Takeover or Turnover?
So there I was having a cup of tea and some toast with Mrs Bristol Boy when a text followed closely by a phone call comes in: 'Rumours of a takeover from a consortium of Foreign businessman.'

League One Play Offs
Looking at the protagonists, my thoughts I’ll have to admit, are purely selfish. As much as I admire the efforts of the smaller clubs, I’ve had enough of going to dumps like Yeovil & Blackpool and standing or indeed sitting on uncovered terraces and temporary seating.

Close Season Transfer Targets
One thing’s for sure, being a Championship club (Yes, that’s a CHAMPIONSHIP club if you’re a Gashead having a sneaky read of this), will make it easier to attract better players.

I was glad the hear Steve Lansdown talk about the emotion factor involved in ground sharing. Anybody that’s a businessman first and not a football fan will question two things...

Deadline Decisivness Or Deadbeats?
There appears to be two schools of thought on this: The first one seems to be that we need a striker. GJ must have agreed because he’s confirmed that he’s been looking for one. We also know that we were unsuccessful in two bids for major players earning decent money in Pospisil and Holt....
